Public rental browsing and private application information are intentionally separated. Resi keeps sensitive applicant steps inside its secure application experience rather than ordinary public forms.
Public browsing
A listing page should not ask for your private documents.
Resi’s public website is for finding homes, understanding the rental and beginning the correct next step. Sensitive supporting documents belong in the secure applicant experience after the application handoff.
Application access
Use the secure Resi application path you receive.
Private applicant details are not exposed just because someone has a public listing URL. Resi’s applicant flow uses verified access before private application information is shown.
Avoid scams
Verify instructions before sending money or sensitive information.
Be cautious with requests that move you away from the official Resi process, pressure you to send sensitive documents through casual channels, or ask for money using instructions you cannot verify.
If something does not match the rental or application path you were given, stop and verify it through an official Resi contact before continuing.
Decision clarity
Resi does not guarantee tenancy approval.
Resi supports the leasing and application process. The participating property remains responsible for the final applicant decision and any lease approval.
